Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we've got you covered. We will send you a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item. Simply email us with photos of the issue, and we'll ship a new one right away.

What We Cannot Replace

We're unable to offer replacements for:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
